22 days 11 pounds gained wow! I thought i was being careful but i see what happens when i stop journaling and writing down everything i eat - although i did enjoy myself the past 2 weeks it cost me alot. I began with reorganizing my room and excersizing this morning 10 minutes - will do chicken water and apples today at work to jump start my cleanse - stay away from caffine i will miss you ice coffee and carbs.....sniff sniff..let the journey began again
