I have been tracking for three days straight. I heard it takes about 2weeks to 45 days to get a habit started. I hope I can make this a habit. I did not do well with my food intake. I modified my exercise dairy for today since I will be at work and a little more activity. I have been taking in less calories than I have been burning according to my exercise dairy. I believe I am retaining water right now because of medication issues.

I've lost about 15 lbs in 10 weeks. My target for daily calories is 1800, down from about the 2300-2400 I use to pack in. My success is mostly by drastically reducing snacks and reducing meat portions to no more than 6oz.
