I ate poorly and did not follow my healthy habits. Infact, I think they have gone down the road. I need to open up the door to my good habits again and get back on track. This includes; Low fat foods, no processed food, no white flours or sugars,very little sugar and low sodium and NO CORN SUGAR! Meat and vegtables are my road to success. I can do this. Remember how crappy I feel when I fall of the wagon. I feel like shit today after gorging myself on bad/unhealthy food.
