Still sitting at 142 flat, but getting a lot better at hitting my macro goals. I'm in the ball park. I've actually lost an inch off my waist as well as other places from two weeks ago. Just got a nice body comp scale and tested it out:
142lbs flat
21.6% fat
36.3% muscle
Bone: 5.1%

I'm learning to ignore the weight on the scale more and observe my actual body measurements and composition instead. 😊
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's how I'm doing it, because a woman's weight can fluctuate up and down a whole 5lbs JUST because we may have eaten one meal that was slightly salty the other day; whereas guys can eat seventy bags of chips all day with extra salt and have NO water retention weight at all. The scale is the enemy, my friend. Your clothes and mirror will be much more honest.

The scale isn’t the enemy. Instead use it as a tool to help you see the effects that the food you eat has on your weight. If you eat a high sodium diet one day you are more likely to have water retention. Some people are more salt sensitive than others. If you are retaining lots of fluid you may also experience an increase in your blood pressure. For those that may have preexixting issues with their BP, that might be something to keep in mind.
