Today has not been good for me. All was great until about 1 pm. I are some left over prime rib and a few asparagus spears. Then I ate many roasted pecans. Then a sack of BBQ pork skins. Then a bit of chicken salad - just chicken, celery and mayo. Nothing that was off my diet plan but I ate 2 days worth of calories. I’m so mad with myself. Why do I do this?? It is some sort of dissatisfaction. I am aware that I am not hungry. But I am just wanting something. Normally I can distract myself and not give in but some days I just can’t. I need a magic happy pill I think.
