Ok first day done. Eating 500 calories (ok, so it was 553 actually) was hard and I'm pretty hungry. I can do this though.

That's going to be hard. But I'm sure if you put your mind to it you can do it. Try eating a lot of protein rich foods, protein fills you up and normally doesn't have too many calories with it.
