Hey! I got to read through all your journals. You are doing fantastic and finding what works for you. Awesome! OMG...you are just about to go under 300....sooo excited for you!!! I am also getting back on track and I can relate to the back and forth of eating really good then bad. It's a cycle and it will work itself out. Keep up the great work. Oh, how I've missed my FS buddies!!

You are doing EVERYTHING very well - our bodies sometimes need to adjust to the transition and weight loss. You deserve to feel good - so don't beat yourself up, OK?
