That was a bad week as per food. We were hosting a Summit all week so a lot of restaurants and drinks. I trained all day except one which is not bad and I did my best to make healthy choices when it was possible but I am scare to death to jump on the scale agasin.
the worst part of it is that I had so many pictures of me taken while I was on stage and omg i so much wish i could delete them all. i look big red and puffy i hate what I look like and I am so ashamed for letting my self go like this.
