Went to Indopoly today to hand over my responsibilities to new guy replacing me. Had to drive about 3hrs overall, sit the almost all day long while working and had some walk before having lunch. Lunch was pretty fatfull, lamb satay 10 of them appx weight about 300gr and pinch of white rice. I had coconut rice earlier in the mornng with potatoes and tempeh.
