Today is day three! Almost half way done with the cleansing program... so far i've lost around 4-5lbs which is more than i thought i would lose by now. I'm pretty happy with the weight i've lost i just wish that i could see a little bit more of a change in my body, but hey, the wall of china wasn't built in a day right? anyways, tonight jen and i are going to SkipJacks to celebrate both our graduations so i'm sure tonight will be a little bit of a different story than the last few nights, i'm excited though! Hope everyone is doing well and losing that weight!! : ) Good Luck!
