It has been almost two years now since I last close my diet very closely. I've had exercises both harder and light ones, though I admit that it has been fairly hard to control my diet especially since my mum is now in charge of cooking those delicious food again. :P

I'm going to be married soon and I am committed to lose my weight to normal BMI by December 2012!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
