Bulk Legs was nothing short of the brutal destruction it always is. Starting off the the Front/Back lunges kills me. It just seems to take FOREVER to get 12 reps in each direction on each leg. I have nightmares about the move!!
Raised my weights a bit today to pre-back-tweak weights and felt good. I could feel my back wanting to tighten a bit on the Sumo Squat force set, but kept my form, core engaged, and came away from it feeling fine.
I've got my P90X Certification next weekend, then my parents in town for 3 days, so I'm going to adjust my schedule so that Friday is a rest day and I can go into the workout at the certification fresh. Going to extend Bulking a few more days because I know a cheat meal is coming with my parents.
