I have done great on my atkins however I had a set back yesterday. My son and girlfriend (who both live in my house) had her family over yesterday for Sunday dinner and easter egg hunt for the little one. Well, the toddler was not really into the egg hunt, but I was. Ended up helping her with the candy. Gotta get back on track today!
