Hi everyone, It's been a while since I've updated my journal. A few major things have happened since then...1) I started a new job this week and it's going great. I really love what I do and that makes the work day so much more enjoyable. 2) I finally got to weigh and I'm 3.4lbs from my goal weight. Progress has been slow since I haven't worked out in over a week and I've been indulging my cravings way more than I should. I've been eating my feelings...especially since last Saturday because 3) I'm preganant. 😧 Wasn't planned, but I've had my first check up and I'm ready to try to get to my goal weight before I hit the 'big belly' stage. I've done some research and spoke to the nurse about what kind of exercises are safe and I can pretty much do most of what I used to do in the first trimester. Essentially my main goal is to have a healthy pregnancy/baby but to remain within a manageable weight so that I don't end up starting back from square 1...almost 200lbs.
