I actually lost a few pounds.... It does make a difference to be aware. Even though I messed up on a couple of food choices I did not let it take over me. I went with the flow and just jumped back on track. I feel pretty good......
176.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
