Hi today I'm starting my weight loss diet which will get me from 171 to 135 or lower. I'm going to do the Dance Dance rev. every day for 10 minutes a day then I'm going to learn to eat better more healthy foods and less fried foods.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HI Bea! A husband that's a cook - we have it a challenge don't we! You can lose the weight and Fat Secret is a great place to get support and find out what works and what doesn't for others. I journal about everyday just after I get the kids off to school. Happy healthy eating!!

Welcome! I saw from your bio that you used to run in highschool and would like to be able to do so again. I was never a runner at any time in my life but am now able to run for 30 minutes, albeit a little on the slow side still, thanks to recently completing the Couch to 5k program (go to www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml for more info). No matter what your fitness level is to start, it eases you into running and over 9 weeks gradually increases your endurance so by the end you are able to run 30 minutes or 5k. I highly recommend it.
