Has anyone tried boiling fresh fish instead of grilling or frying? I tried and it is delicious.

901 kcal Fat: 19.12g | Prot: 77.58g | Carb: 103.94g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Low Fat Chunky Plain Cottage Cheese, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch: Celery, KOO Red Kidney Beans, Rocket, Sweet Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Woolworths 100% Ruby Grapefruit Juice, Woolworths Smoked Snoek, Woolworths Cauliflower, Broccoli & Carrot. Snacks/Other: White Grapes, Woolworths Full Cream Raspberry & Banana Yoghurt, Granny Smith Apples. more...

How long do you boil it for?

Not long, I haven't really checked the time. I just add 100ml of water on 4 serving size portions of fresh fish. When the water is finished, the fish is done.

I steam it in a steamer for 5 min
