I think I've hit a plateau. :( Did not lose anything last week and so far I've not lost anything this week. I guess it had to happen sooner or later. Been dieting for more than 4 months and I've lost something almost every week until now. I'll give it until official weigh in day next week and if I don't lose something then I guess its time to switch up the old diet somewhat! Been thinking about doing that anyway. I eat too many carbs now. Only been counting calories but I guess I can start watching the carbs too.
