Stepped on the scale this morning and saw no change. Hmm, has the constipation backed me up? Well, I expected to have to go this morning on the Dulcolax but no dice. However, after I picked up lunch, I had just put down my lunch to get ready to eat when the urge to go came. I sprinted to the bathroom and SUCCESS! I know it seems lowbrow but what a relief to be able to go. I am so happy and feel so less bloated...and funny thing, i feel like i am less pudgey in the midsection...weirdness indeed.
I completed some work last night BUT i am literally under the gun on a project. Due to the spotty WIFI I havent been able to keep a constant link to the internet so my comp can't reach the needed docs on the cloud. SO, tonight I may pull an all nighter to finish my project.
London is a nice city and the people are very polite. I haven't met anyone who was rude or boorish, everyone is bright and chipper. I guess I always have my defenses up because NYC, my home town, you never know what kind of whack jobs you will encounter...some flip out if you look at them for a split second. I, personally, have not been involved in anything like that but you see it in the news all the time.
Football season is coming up and yes...I am a NY Jets fan. I know that will call into question my sanity but I love the team. My baseball team is the Mets so maybe I am crazy after all. Anyway, with football season comes football snacks. I have mentally prepared myself by reminding myself of how i looked in my "biggins" days...I weighed 267 lbs and I had a humongous double chin. I would get tired just moving about, I had back pain and i started feeling a soreness in my joints. I lost a lot of weight and then gained most of it back but now I am headed back down...so just a recap....Biggins was 267 lbs, lost it and got down to 212 then shot up to 256 and now I am back down to 231.8 (estimate).
I hope everyone is doing well. Cheers from London!
