Happy Saturday. My mom n law went back to Jamaica yesterday after having her here for over 3 months. I'm already missing her and feel a little sad. I certainly will miss her cooking, which I'm surprised I actually lost weight whilst eating her delicious authentic meals. Anyhow, I haven't met my weekly workout goal of 3 days per week due to cramps but I'm not sweating it if I dont. Blessings to you!
