We have all been there, Tracy. I know what you mean about theaches and pains. It could also be the "Atkins flu". Drink some full sodium broth, it will help. I have Lupus and so there are times when my joints hurt so badly that I can barely move. The amazing thing I have found is that ATkins really helps with those symptoms. It is also the best diet for PCOS. My baby sis has the same thing, so I know the struggles you are facing. If I can help, please do not hesitate to ask. That's what we are all here for!

I don't have everything that comes along with PCOS but that was my diagnosis. I don't have the excess facial hair or anything I found out from blood work and I know if I get the weight off I can kick PCOS'S butt. It's really hard I was dedicated 8 months to try to have a baby with the fertility specialist and I started to be obsessed I lost myself so I took a break it's been over a year but I figure let me work on ME first and getting myself healthy before I try to take care of a life inside me. I was telling my Mom I feel at home on this website like everyone get's it and understands.
