Happy Tuesday!
Today it's a half good, half bad day.
I practiced yoga for 1 hour this morning, and it made me feel good and in peace. I can tell my joints are a bit "rusty", but usually after a couple of weeks it gets better.
In a few hours I will go to the climbing introduction with some new friends. I think I was more excited when we booked rather than today. Anyway, I hope its going to be fun. Afterwords we are going to have dinner in a restaurant specialized in potatoes, so I guess I will find gluten free items.
I am a bit worried cause of a lot of practical issues I have to find solutions for. This stuff increases my stress levels, point is: I don't have energy to face stressful things at the moment. I went thru the death of my mother and divorce trying not to give up working, while living in a foreign country without speaking the language and being alone. At some point something broke and I cannot bear stressful events and strong emotions anymore. I hope I will be able again at some point, but now I am not.
