Done logging my food for the day...I am stuffed. I have to eat more though. You totally have to adore a diet where you actually have to eat more calories at the end of the day. No deprivation here!!!!! lol I am doing net carbs BTW. I think the cheese/dairy was holding me up last time I did Atkins so we shall see how it goes.

That's so weird! I just wrote in my journal about being so full but having to eat because my calories and net carbs are too low. It's weird HAVING to eat more on a diet.. but I'll take it! :)

But how does that work? Do you have to eat all of your RDI?

Joanna, caloric intake should be around 1500-2000 per day for Atkins

I like the fact that I am not hungry on Atkins and better yet no cravings. It more to lose weight, we have to like that. :)
