Good Morning world! Woke up to rain this morning. What a beautiful sound. Here in Indiana we've been through the worst drought ever this summer and where I live we are still about 11" behind our normal rainfall. Pretty good week last weight although the weight loss was minimal. I plan to get more exercise and control more what I put into my body. Although it will be tough with the extended holiday coming up but where theres a will thers is a way. Good Luck to all!!
