The adrenaline of planning a birthday party at a park for a 5 year old is gone (party was on Saturday for my daughter, GREAT turn out btw) and now my body has crashed! Yesterday I had a few things to do, which kept me going, but I felt the internal struggle.
Today, Monday my eye lids are incredibly heavy, and my sinuses won’t go away (I sure hope its sinuses and it hasn’t spawned into something else) I’m defiantly taking a nap for lunch…
I must go to the gym after work to burn off the weekend birthday cake, burger, chili cheese fries & pastrami sandwich… I’m willing my body to recover before 5pm and I think it’s actually working…
