Liendempers's Journal, 20 September 2018

Today was much better, stuck to the fast for 19 hours. Had a boiled potato with cream cheese and some salad for luch. Do we do this fast thing every day? A couple of days a week? Or how?

I fast 6 days a week minimum 16 hours. bit difficult on the weekend to stick to a 16 hour fast if I had some wine previous evening.
