Tried to stay true to the plan today. Didn't work out in the morning, but went for over an hour in the evening (elliptical for 30 mins, and 3 sets of entire upper body weights--even upgraded to 10 pounds!). Meals have been on track as well.
Meals for today: Brunch: last night's left over rice and zen kung pao chicken--1/4 cup(4)
snack: peanut butter and carrots (4)
Dinner: lentil soup (1) + veggies Big salad with fat free feta (2) and salad spritzer (1)
veggies in soup & salad: cucumber, 1/2 squash, mushrooms, tomato, orange pepper, sweet peppers, 1 chilli pepper, spinach + salad leaves
10 pm snack: 1 wasa cracker (.5) and reduced fat peanut butter (2.5)
Total points: 14.5 (should balance out for yesterday and past couple of days' high, high point-days).
Exercise: 30 mins. elliptical (weight loss menu, heart rate 129-154, 260K burned, levels 5-7) Weights: most of them 10 pounds, 12 reps and 3 sets (except chest was 8 pds, and skipped triceps until tomorrow)
