Started a gym membership today. I am nervous about getting started. The goal is to get the BMI down. Its at 31. Hopefully, I can lose the weight. I am going to try to exercise 4 times a week.

Key is to start small and build from there. Too many people jump in working out a hour or more a day and then they quickly burn out. This is a life style change not a marathon change. You will lose weight with healthy eating and working out! Keep a positive attitude!!
