Please bare with me☺️ at the top of the screen I can see cal eaten (with knife and fork) and then a little stick man kicking a ball. Is this the amount of cal burned?

it's the amount of calories burned through exercise (it will display if you've logged exercise) 😊

Yes. If you look at your diary entries there’s a space at the bottom to enter the exercise you have done and it will tell you how many calories that is equivalent to. I don’t know how accurate it is cause it would really depend of the effort you put into that particular exercise.

Oh and I think it also gives you your basal metabolic rate which is the amount of calories you burn just sleep in and resting.
