working out 3 times a week, drinking tons of water (10-12 8oz glasses per day), eating salads (dressing on the side and only dipping my fork in it), eating veggies, lean meat, yogurt, fruits, etc. but I had pizza and beer this week, which threw everything off. I feel bloated, which prolly effects the numbers on the scale. maybe I should go back to Dukan for a few weeks to lose the last 10 lbs. and watch what i eat tonight, have no alcohol.
