2 lbs is a lot for a week. It will take me several weeks to lose that. Keep it up.

When enjoying a few drinks, I opt for the hard stuff. Typically has no ill effects on the scale in the morn for me!

@ CJT i only had 4 and 2 of them were sangrias, so i kept it fairly light..lol.. even though i had 4...(ok, one was a margarita, sue me)... and i guess to be fair... i started monday.. so it hasn't TECHNICALLY been a week... so i'll cut myself some slack... a little loss is better than a gain any day.. :)

Ya, ease into it. Going cold-turkey usually doesn't end with long lasting results. Ahh.. I sure do miss my sangrias. I go to this place called Cha Cha Cha's on Mission st in SF. Love that stuff. I'll usually have the equivalent of a whole pitcher!

I shout with joy for a 2 lb loss in a week! My average is about 5 lbs/month, with 25 lbs lost in 4 months (the first month or so was faster than the last bit.) Take your time with this, as much as that stinks. You can do it!

@ heidijoy i know i'm trying to be patient!..and i know it takes a while once u get closer, i never got to hit my goal again... i was stuck for MONTHS... i just wanna get back into the 170s where i feel at least somewhat normal.. and i'm soooo close!.. but i'm down a little bit again this AM so almost there!
