I made it to Curves this morning. I need to get my head back into it though. I'm still concerned about Dad. I have done will today other than a chocolate covered pretzel from a Fundraising rep that I had a meeting with for my son's school. He brought them and of course I had to eat it. Oh well. I don't quite know why I thought I needed to eat it. Had a nice salad for dinner with some cottage cheese on the side. IT was delightful! I love a good healthy salad.
