Weekends are the worst for me!!
I think I've figured out part of the problem:
1. At work I'm busy, I don't have the same amount of time to wander to the kitchen. 2. At work I always keep a glass of water on my desk. I keep a diet coke too (they are free at my office and so hard to resist!), but at least I always have something to fill me up a bit before I go hunting for a snack. 3. I also chew gum at work, and while it annoys one of my co-workers (it is bubble gum, which is, after all, meant to be blown--and perforce popped!), I don't mind that. However, it drives my husband ape, so I don't chew at home.
Anyway, I have been munching all damn day, and I haven't even gotten in my 35 grams of fiber!
I'm having a glass of water (finally, at 11:00 at night), and if I'm hungry again I'm just going to have a bowl of Fiber One.
