Even with my terrible food choices, I've lost a little. I can't imagine how I'd do if I'd eat less fat, more veggies. I vow to find out starting tomorrow! Just switching from Dr. Pepper to flavored water made a huge difference. I just wish I had found Fat Secret before I did that so I could have charted my weight loss through water alone. Today I wasn't at home and didn't think to take my flavored water with me. I guess a root beer once in a while is ok.
