Been craving Penn Station all week. Had some gift certificates from before I started counting calories. Broke down and got be a 10" Philly (my Fav.) I don't feel horrible about it though. Ya it put be up over 2000 cal for the day however I'm still eating way less then I use to. It is more like a treat. I just know that this can't be a habit. Guess I will need to work out extra hard this weekend. I want to go walking and then try to play tennis with my daughter. Will see what happens. I don't have set plans for the weekend which is very scary since it could very easily be a lazy weekend and those are what helped me get this big. I actually feel kinds sick for eating the sub. Oh well on with my plan of eating less and moving more. Okay will pick it back up tomorrow.

Yea it was good going down be then gave me a bit of a tummy ache. Guess my body is getting use to eating healthy and did not like all that greezyness that was in the sammich.
