9/12運動前吃了2顆月餅(芋頭酥&蛋黃酥),只能說中秋節廠商行銷洗腦的手法比我想減重的能量還要強大🤣🤣🤣 運動後回來路上喝了一杯無糖豆漿,吃了2顆荷包蛋,另外.外帶一杯有糖的豆漿&燒餅油條加蛋&千層奶酥派回家給老公當宵夜,我也各咬了幾口來吃😋
