I am so disappointed in myself. I fell off my streak, between traveling and family dinners and get togethers, I bombed my diet. I am determined to get back on track and stay on it. I start work on Friday which will help tremendously!! I am gonna loose the weight back off and keep it off!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
