Not a good weekend diet wise. Went to a party last night, and ate, drank and was merry.
Woke up today with good intentions, but counting points fell by the wayside somewhere this afternoon when I had a bunch of potato chips and then some chocolate. The only good thing I can say about today is that I ate a decent healthy dinner, and stopped eating at 6 pm.
MUST GET BACK ON TRACK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.
