Happy Friday!! I feel great today I actually took a break from exercise for the night and I feel my body healing I think I over dosed on working out the last two weeks I only took one day off besides last night.
I also decided to join a GYM. I can't rely on the highschool especially waiting for after school stuff to be over and planet fitness has a pretty sweet deal going on right now. My husband lost like 70 pounds from AKINS in 5 months.. and now he is into fitness to which is helping me keep motivated. Men always lose it quicker than us women.. But I know and hope by this time next year to be a whole new girl.
I think this time around I almost feel happy and excited to reach this goal unlike other time's I am going to be 32 years old and I have never seen myself thin since I was 11 yrs old.
I keep saying IT'S A LIFESTYLE CHANGE NOT A DIET I think that changes everything.
