Tried so hard to eat less than 1400 cal today. The day isn’t over and I am almost at 1700. I’m glad I’ve been tracking my food because I didn’t realize just how much I have been eating. I’m going to at least try to track my food every day this week. I want to do 1400 cal or less. It’s really hard to say no to myself right now. Oh well, I’ll keep trying.
