Up and down but not too bad. I had a blood glucose of 83 this morning. I am eagar to see if dropping to the 70's will help me sleep better. Gout is slowly going away. Finally after 4 days of drinking alkalizing drinks I hit 7.5 today.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
