Determined to stick to my food plan today. In a bad mood and feeling sorry for myself. Just want to go get an icecream or something. My period is coming also which is contributing to my overall mood. I have a big salad and cottage cheese for lunch. That will fill me up. Looking forward to the gym tonight.
