Day 8 of my diet and been sticking to more than reasonably well and feel great. I don't crave carbs but I do miss them like an old friend. sometimes feel like something is missing but I have discovered the Atkins bars and shakes. They are my saving grace and pork rinds I put in my salad in place of croutons, works out great. I am figuring out the little secrets one day at a time. I have lost 9 lbs in 7 days. It's worth it.
