Had all my bloods taken today - will get the results next Thursday.

Been gradually upping the dose for the last week from my previous daily dose of 1,600 iu. Took 6,000 iu of Vitamin D today.

I have also been taking 1000mg of Vitamin C per day for about 1 week.

Had teeth scaled and polished yesterday. Started flossing last night.

I hope that these changes in my routine will improve my teeth and gums and get rid of the pain in my front two teeth.

My skin is already showing a great improvement.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 August 2012:
