I'm very disappointed about my weigh in. Three weeks now and the scale hates me. I am doing everything right, I walk on the treadmill 4 times a week, and do muscle toning 3 times a week. I eat right and count my points and always have points from my extra 35. I don't understand what is happening and I am getting very discouraged. It's 4 months till my hubby gets home and I fell like I won't be done in time. I want him to notice a huge difference in me but as of right now, I haven't changed much. I want to be able to greet him wearing a sexy little outfit but at this rate, I won't be able to do that. What else can I do that I am not allready doing? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I AM SOOOOOOO AGRAVATED WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION!!!!!!!

I know there have been others on here in your same situation, including me. They sometimes recommend the Wendie Plan. It is someone that was on WW and hit a plateau and she devised a plan to overcome it. It requires mixing things up a bit to get your metabolism going again. Google Wendie Plan and it will explain it in her words. That may help you out. Please hang in there and don't get dicouraged. It took me a while to get things going too. Thank you. I read the wendie plan and it makes a lot of sense to me. She was describing exactly what I am going through. I will give it a try and let you know how it works out. Wish me luck. THANKS AGAIN!!! I have something to shoot for now.
