The little victories. I know it has been over 10 years since the scale has seen this number. Wonderful reason to smile today. According to the BMI calculators I am now in normal ranges, however I do have a apple shape body, so still have to work on the waist to hip ratio. But, all good things come with time and hard work. Need to find a exercise that I can do that will work on the waist line and not mess with back. Have a wonderful day everyone.

That's fantastic, sir4max. 10 years is a long time to carry around that weight. Feels super fantastic to be rid of it, doesn't it!?!?!? Keep up the good work.
