So I'm trying to figure out Fat Secret lol. I'm a geek, this shouldn't be too hard right? It had by default my own diet, so I changed it today to 'calorie counting' because that's what I do.. and it seemed to start my weight over.. why? Ok, and I just took a bold, new step and put everything public.. more accountability! Oh yes, and I started all of this because I got a new phone and found the app LOL.... It's not like my gowear fit is enough ;)
