I'm starting over. My goal is to be at least 20 pounds lighter by October 27, 10 weeks from now. I know that the key is to do some formal form of exercise 6 days a week with one day off (for me that's goin to be Saturday). I think I'll lift weights at the gym Monday through Friday (except when I'm on call), and ride my bike for cardio on Sunday (long ride), and go on a short fast ride or an hour on my trainer one evening during the week, and maybe go on a Saturday bike ride sometimes. I'll eat out on Saturday and Sunday, but won't go over my calorie requirement. During the week I'm not eating out.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
