No fasting, no extra water, just trying to keep calories below 2000, and less net carbs. Been trying but not succeeding as much with the net carb thing. But.. have been doing pretty good at keeping the calories below or around 2k. Been replacing either lunch or breakfast with premier protein shakes and a banana. Or the premier protein and maybe some grapes at lunch or breakfast. This gives me a good boost on my protein. Then I gave a cheap recumbent stationary bike that if I break using it I will upgrade to something nicer and much more comfortable. I can’t wait to break that thing lol. Don’t want to weigh in yet.. may wait until this Friday. Then a long weekend comes up... hope I can manage keeping track and sticking to it with the bbq’ing weekend. Lots of zucchini and chicken I tell ya.

banana's are not low carb, but I don't know what kind of diet you are doing. yes the stationary bikes are a nice tool to help burn off some extra calories. If you don't like your current one you can probably find a nice one on craigslist. I got my total gym for $45 and totally happy with the deal. Keep your eyes out for a bargain, they come along when you least expect it.

I’m not eating 4 bananas a day, just one, and it’s either in the morning or the afternoon; with my protein shake. It offsets the super unnatural taste of the drink.
