Wasn’t going to record this but feel like it should be honest with myself so I can break my bad habits, been walking around all day feeling like ten ton tessy, my stomach has doubled in size so I have tried to hide in a baggy cardigan all day.

You’re right to record it. It maybe feels like failure to admit the increase but if you don’t, you’ll keep on going upwards. Call a halt and get back to what worked before when you were losing. You’ll soon be back at your target range. Take care!

you are better than me . I put on some extra and hit 130 again but didn't record it. 4 days of strict LCHF and I shed it and back to 127. if I can do it so can you and I really hope I can stick to it again this time. chin up, you got this 👍
